Who I Am

I'm Rosanny, a strategist, systems thinker, and reflective coach devoted to helping people and businesses see clearly and build with intention.

My work lives at the intersection of inner awareness and real-world execution. Because how you think, feel, and perceive directly shapes how you live, relate, and build. Whether that's your inner world or your brand.

With a background in Psychology and Sociology and 10 years of experience across retail, healthcare, and e-commerce, my path has been anything but linear. I've sat inside lean startups, built operational systems, reduced return rates, and grown customer communities — while never losing sight of the human behind every decision.

My purpose is rooted in one understanding: clarity changes everything.

When you see clearly, you know what to fix, what to release, and what to build next, that's true for your life and your business. It's what guides everything I do.

Why I Do It

Because I know what it's like to feel disconnected — from yourself, your purpose, and your clarity. I've lived through burnout, emotional heaviness, and the pressure to constantly perform without ever stopping to ask if the direction was right.

That experience didn't just shape who I am personally. It shaped how I work professionally. I learned that unclear thinking creates unclear systems… in your life and in your business. The patterns that keep you stuck personally are the same ones that stall your brand.

That's why I created A Light of Rose. Inspired by my nickname "Rose," this platform symbolizes the light I've chosen to carry and share — soft yet strong, intuitive yet grounded. A space where clarity isn't just a feeling. It's a foundation you can build on.
